In collaboration with Central and State Government Ministries, private sector partners, and civil society organizations, the National Health Authority (NHA) is continuously updating health insurance schemes. So far, 35,45,10,568 Ayushman Cards have been issued, with 35,59,380 cards distributed in the last 30 days. How to Apply Online For Ayushman Card New Registration?

  • Visit the Ayushman Card NHA Official Web Portal i.e. https://beneficiary.nha.gov.in/.
  • From the home page go to the Login Box and check the Beneficiary / Operator option.
  • Log in using your mobile number and OTP.
  • Search for your eligibility by entering your state, district, scheme name (PMJAY), PMJAY ID, Family ID, or Aadhaar number.
  • Check the Ayushman Card List to see if you are eligible.
  • If your card status shows “Not-Generated” proceed to the next step.
  • Click on the “Action” button to start the application.
  • Complete your KYC by verifying with an Aadhaar OTP and uploading a recent photo.
  • Fill in additional details like your mobile number, religion, date of birth, PIN code, district, and village.
  • After entering all the required information, click the “submit” button to finalize your application.

Documents Required to Apply For Ayushman Card

To apply for an Ayushman Card, the primary required document is the Aadhaar Card for biometric verification.
