How to Apply For Rashtriya Vayoshri Yojana Registration?
- Visit ADIP & RVY Joint Interface for Unique Nomination (ARJUN) Official Portal i.e. https://adip.depwd.gov.in/.
- Here click on “Beneficiaries Registration” on the Home Page.
- Now Already Registered Page will open, here click on the “Signup / Registration” option.
- Enter UDID or Enrollment Number in case doesn’t have information “Do not have UDID/ Enrollment No.?” option.
- Enter your Mobile Number to register on the ARJUN Portal.
- Click on Send OTP.
- Fill out OTP and complete Verification.
- Now Login and Click on Apply Online.
- In the new tab, the Application Form will open.
- Enter all the details asked.
- Upload scanned documents.
- Click on Submit.
- Save form details for further use.

Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants should be domiciled in India.
- Only Senior Citizens above 60 years are eligible.
- Applicants must belong to the Below Poverty Libe (BPL) Category.
- Senior citizens should have age-related disabilities like low vision, tooth loss, hearing impairment, etc.
- Beneficiary applicant’s annual income or pension should be below Rs. 15000.
Rashtriya Vayoshri Yojana (RVY) Benefits
- Assistive devices are provided free of cost to eligible senior citizens based on the extent of their disability or infirmity.
- Assistive devices are distributed through organized camps in various districts for easy accessibility.
- In cases of multiple disabilities in the same individual, assistive devices are provided for each type of disability or impairment.
- One year of free maintenance for aids and assisted living devices is provided by the Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India (ALIMCO).
- Beneficiaries are identified by State Governments/UT Administrations through a district-level committee chaired by the Deputy Commissioner/District Collector.
- At least 30% of the beneficiaries in each district are to be women, ensuring gender inclusivity.
- State Governments/UT Administrations can use existing data from the National Social Assistance Programme (NSAP) or other schemes to identify senior citizens from the Below Poverty Line (BPL) category.
